The songs are public domain, and yes they are free. You are welcome to do whatever you would like with them. Someone has taken the time to notate these songs, do arrangements of them, to set up this website, pay for servers, etc. That is what you are paying for. You are welcome to take any of these songs and do the same thing.

Also, whoever did the arrangement for the three part piece could copyright the arrangement. That is not public domain.

Great to be able to find these traditional songs, BUT it says FREE, until you go to download , then is say 3 voices is for PLUS 3 members only.....So it isn't FREE After All.... And it is Traditional, shouldn't these be free any way as the don't belong to anyone in particular...Mike
